- Take a nuanced position: AI will change tasks (notes, image reading, triage) more than it replaces doctors.
- Give one real benefit, such as less paperwork or earlier detection, and one real risk, such as biased training data, overreliance or privacy.
- Say what stays human: judgment under uncertainty, accountability, trust and hard conversations.
- Close with how you'd use it responsibly.
