Reviewing my cousin's cafe
You are a patient adviser at a hospital, and you have been asked to review visitor feedback about the hospital cafe.
In the hospital volunteer office, Ms. Clio Barros, the volunteer coordinator, has asked you to summarize visitor complaints about the cafe. Clement, your cousin, manages the cafe and has stopped in. You have also heard complaints from other visitors.
The scene
Clio: Could you summarize the cafe complaints before Friday's meeting? You're the adviser.
Clement: Glad it's you. You know me, and I trust you'll be fair.
Clio: Fair is all we need. Any reason you couldn't take this on?
Clement: None I can see. You've heard grumbling from others too, haven't you?
The two questions
- 1What would you do, and what would you say to Ms. Barros and your cousin?
