Written scenario · Self-awareness, Communication
Sent at midnight
You are leading a group of four students organizing a charity fashion show.
At midnight, after discovering that a teammate, Nia, had not booked the venue as she promised, you sent her a long, angry email and copied the whole group. Some of your points were fair, but you also called her "useless." In the morning, Nia has not replied, and two teammates have messaged you privately to say the email was harsh.

The two questions
- 1What would you do now?
- 2How do you make decisions when your emotions are running high?
What raters look for
- Self-awareness
- Recognizes own biases, limits and emotions, and seeks and uses feedback.
- Communication
- Listens first, speaks clearly and respectfully, and adapts the message to the listener.
