- Describe what they needed beyond the medical task, and what you noticed.
- Say what you did, even if it was small: listening, explaining, staying.
- Reflect on what it taught you about care, and how it shapes the clinician you want to become.

- Respond to the need behind the request: comfort and connection at the end of life.
