Help me word it fairly

You rent a desk at a shared office near your home.

Ines waves you into a phone booth where she and your mutual friend Leonard sit with her laptop. A package vanished from her porch. Her doorbell clip shows someone in a delivery vest carrying the box back to a van; the face is a blur, and the delivery company has not answered her two reports. She has drafted a post for your area's online forum naming the route's afternoon driver.

The scene

Ines: Same vest, same van, same time as Marcus's route. The company's ignored me twice.

Leonard: Post it now. Three porches lost boxes this month. People need warning.

Ines: It could cost him his job, I know. Help me word it fairly?

Leonard: Fair is naming him before box number four. Just fix the wording.

The two questions

  1. 1How would you respond to Ines's request?
  2. 2What do you owe someone who is about to be publicly accused when the evidence is uncertain?
