Written scenario · Collaboration, Communication
Decided without us
You are a member of the executive team of a student volunteer club.
The club president, Ravi, has started making decisions on his own: he switched the club's main charity partner and moved the weekly meetings without asking anyone. Several executive members are frustrated, and one asks you to help collect signatures for a vote to remove him before the end of term. Ravi works hard, and membership has grown since he took over.

The two questions
- 1What would you do?
- 2Describe a time you disagreed with how a group was being led. How did you handle it?
What raters look for
- Collaboration
- Works toward a shared goal, shares credit and load, and repairs friction inside a team.
- Communication
- Listens first, speaks clearly and respectfully, and adapts the message to the listener.
