Photos of my worksheets
You are a student in an evening welding certification class.
The written exam is in two weeks. By the theory whiteboard, your classmate Jabari has just told you he has seen Binh, 54, at the next booth photographing your blueprint-reading worksheets for weeks. Binh has overheard and walks over.
The scene
Jabari: I'm not trying to start anything. But you'd want to know about it.
Binh: It's true. I can weld anything, but the written theory just loses me.
Jabari: If the instructor spots matching answers, you both get pulled in.
Binh: No certificate, no job. Tell me to stop and I will.
The two questions
- 1What would you say to Binh, and what would you do about your worksheets?
- 2Describe a time someone leaned on your work in a way that made you uncomfortable. What did you do?
