Written scenario · Professionalism, Collaboration
Halfway through the trial
You are a bakery team member who agreed to join a two-week trial of a new task-allocation system.
Seven days in, a coworker tells you the system's extra tracking is taking time from their baking and counter work. The trial organizer says stopping now would make the results inconclusive. The team has asked you to recommend whether to continue as planned, modify the trial, or end it early. Each choice affects what the bakery learns and whose effort is being asked for during busy mornings.
The two questions
- 1What would you recommend to the team, and why?
- 2Describe a time you had to balance a commitment to a shared project against the burden it placed on someone. What did you do?
What raters look for
- Professionalism
- Is reliable, respects boundaries and confidentiality, and holds a consistent standard under pressure.
- Collaboration
- Works toward a shared goal, shares credit and load, and repairs friction inside a team.
