Mornings without Lucas

You work at a small community radio station.

In the production booth, you, Abeni and the station manager, Jagdeep, are scheduling next month's shows. Lucas, the producer who usually runs the morning show, is out today; he has missed two deadlines this month.

The scene

Abeni: Lucas on mornings again? He's too disorganized to trust with a stapler.

Jagdeep: Ha! He'd lose the stapler. Two deadlines this month, to be fair.

Abeni: I'm only saying what everyone thinks. Give the mornings to me.

Jagdeep: Maybe. You've worked with him the most. Are we wrong?

The two questions

  1. 1What would you say to Jagdeep and Abeni?
  2. 2Describe a time colleagues or teammates were criticizing someone who was not in the room. What did you do?
