Nobody unapproved
You started this week at a community college's evening front desk.
Tonight's accounting instructor has not shown up or answered calls, and twenty adult learners are waiting, with their exam next week. Zofia, one of the learners, teaches the same subject at another college. Huy, the evening manager, cannot reach the dean.
The scene
Zofia: I teach this course across town. Let me run tonight's review.
Huy: I believe you. But nobody unapproved teaches here, and I can't check tonight.
Zofia: Then they drive home with nothing, a week before the exam.
Huy: Class started ten minutes ago. You've been talking to them. Any ideas?
