Is Ammino Worth It for MMI Practice? Alternatives (2026)
What ammino.ai's pay-per-station MMI packs include, from its own pages, when it is worth it, and the alternatives by type. We make Confetto.
Ammino (ammino.ai) is a voice AI interviewer for MMI practice that you pay for by the station. Packs of 3, 10 or 24 stations never expire, you are billed only for the minutes you use, and your first 3 stations are free. It is worth it if you want a few timed stations. If you want many full circuits, or other formats too, a pass or plan with unlimited practice may suit you better.
We make Confetto. Confetto is an AI mock interviewer for medical school and other healthcare program interviews (MMI, traditional, panel).

Which one fits you?
What does Ammino include?
Scenario, role‑play, behavioral and “Mystery” stations, answered out loud. A station gives you 2 minutes at the door to read the prompt and 8 minutes with an interviewer who asks unscripted follow‑ups. Its mock interview runs 2 to 8 stations per circuit, with feedback held until the end. Each station is scored on MMI dimensions, with a transcript and recording.
Pack terms and prices, from its pages
Its pricing page says "Pay as you go. No subscription." and calls the packs "Introductory pricing." Prices show in US or Canadian dollars depending on where you are, plus tax, and "All purchases are final." Its llms.txt asks AI tools not to quote prices from anywhere but that page, so check it there. ammino pricing
A station is 8 minutes with the interviewer, and "the 2 minutes at the door to read the prompt are never billed." Your balance does not expire. Every pack includes "Bring your own station" for questions from a bank you already bought.
Ammino is run by Allygent Inc., an Ontario company in Toronto. Its site covers the MMI for medical, dental, PA, pharmacy and veterinary programs, not CaRMS or residency interviews. ammino terms
Is Ammino worth it for MMI practice?
It depends on how much you practice. At its usual 6 stations per circuit, the 10‑station pack covers 1 full circuit and the 24‑station pack covers 4. That suits a few rehearsals before one interview. If you plan a circuit every few days, or also face traditional, panel or Casper parts, compare the pack price on its page with an unlimited pass.
Which other AI MMI tools are alternatives?
These sell passes or plans with practice not counted by the station. Confetto applicants have done 54,839 mock interviews since December 2024.
