Friends of friends
You are a senior counselor at a summer day camp.
The camp fills almost all counselor jobs through staff referrals, so most counselors come from the same two high schools and similar neighbourhoods. The camp now serves many children from newcomer families and neighbourhoods that are not represented on staff. The director asks you for honest feedback on hiring.
