Casper scenario · Scene to read · Ethics, Collaboration

Can I copy your lab work?

You are in a first-year biology lab course.

Your friend Jamal missed two labs while his father was in the hospital, and the professor refused him an extension. The report is due at midnight, as is your own essay. The syllabus allows discussing analysis but not sharing written work. In the library he finds you and your lab partner, Elena.
