What is Bossed, and how do formats compare?
An AI interviewer by Dreampress Ltd in England and Wales, for job interviews, medical school, residency, CaRMS and other health programs, UK medicine and NHS roles. Sessions are 10 minutes for one MMI station, or 15 or 20 for a traditional interview, by voice. Its US MD and DO page says it does not cover a full MMI circuit, role‑play with actors, Casper or PREview. Confetto runs full MMI circuits, traditional and panel interviews, full Casper Prep and one‑way video practice. Confetto applicants have done 54,839 mock interviews since December 2024.
