Casper scenario · Scene to read · Problem solving, Communication
Two hours in the waiting room
You work at the front desk of a walk-in clinic and can see the whole waiting room.
It's a busy evening. Ray's mother, 80, has waited two hours with a fever and seems about the same as an hour ago; a man whose cough sounds worse than when he arrived has waited three. Ray comes to the desk for the third time as Lena, the triage nurse, heads in to a patient with chest pain.
