Medical school acceptance rates: every MD school's page
Pick any of these 158 US MD schools to see its acceptance rate, how many people applied and enrolled, how the rate is worked out and where the numbers come from. The table lists each school's MCAT, GPA and interview format from the school's own website.
MCAT and GPA come from each school's own website, for the class the school names on its page. * marks an average where the school gives no median. n/p = not found on the school's site. Interview is the format the school describes. Each school's acceptance rate and its source are on the school's page.
How these rates are worked out
Each school page divides the students who enrolled by the people who applied for a recent entering class, names the class and links the source, credited on the page. The AAMC publishes acceptances only nationally, not by school, so no public source gives a true acceptance rate for every school. Where a school posts its own offer counts, its page says so, and an offer rate runs higher than an enrolled rate.
For the national picture, see our guide to the medical school acceptance rate.
Got an interview? Practice it
Each school page names that school's interview format and links our guide to it. Confetto's AI interviewer runs the format out loud, asks follow-up questions and gives feedback on every answer.
