The best Casper test prep starts with Acuity's free official practice test, which shows the real format but isn't scored. Then pick by need: typed and video practice, a score on every answer, or timing drills. Top picks per need are below, and every company is in one table on Casper prep companies compared.
| Need | Top picks | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Free and official | Top picks: Acuity's practice test, then PrepMatch | Acuity's test matches the real format, free once you book. PrepMatch is free, with feedback from other applicants. |
| Typed and video practice | Top picks: CasperBooster, StudyCasper, Casper Prep by Confetto | CasperBooster takes video responses and StudyCasper webcam answers, next to typed scenarios. Casper Prep by Confetto plays video scenes on the real timers. |
| Scored feedback on every answer | Top picks: CasperPractice.org, StudyCasper, Casper Prep by Confetto | AI scores each answer. For a person instead, Astroff and BeMo sell coach feedback. |
| Timing practice | Top picks: Acuity's practice test, StudyCasper's typing test | Acuity's test runs on the real timers. StudyCasper's typing test is free. |
Acuity runs Casper, and its practice test is in your Acuity Insights account once you book. It matches the format of your test and you can take it as many times as you like, but your answers are not saved or scored.
PrepMatch is free: practice on your own, or swap tests with another applicant and review each other's answers.
Casper has both, per Acuity: 4 video scenarios with 1 minute per answer, then 7 typed scenarios with 3.5 minutes for both questions. Practice both.
Acuity suggests recording yourself to get used to the camera. CasperBooster takes video responses, StudyCasper takes webcam answers, and Casper Prep by Confetto plays video scenes on the real timers.
Since Acuity's test isn't scored, feedback comes from a prep tool. AI tools score each answer within minutes: CasperPractice.org ranks every answer against other users, StudyCasper scores five competencies with a quartile benchmark, and Casper Prep by Confetto scores every answer 1 to 9.
For a person on your answers, Astroff adds written feedback reports on its Standard and Intensive packages, and BeMo sells one-on-one expert sessions. Comparing BeMo with the rest? See BeMo Casper alternatives.
A Casper prep course teaches a way to structure answers, then has you practice it. Astroff, BeMo, MedCoach, PrepTrack and Shemmassian sell Casper courses or packages. They differ in format: video lessons with AI grading, simulated tests with written reports, or one-on-one feedback from a coach.
| Course | What's included | Price |

| Shemmassian | Included: 12 Casper-style scenarios by email, then a 60-minute call with question-by-question feedback | Price: $499 (currency not listed) |
Prices as each site lists them, checked October 26, 2026. Casper Prep by Confetto is practice rather than a course: timed tests with every answer scored, below.
Acuity recommends treating its practice test like a real test session, to practice under time constraints. If typing is slow for you, it suggests free online typing resources, and StudyCasper has a free typing test.
Then practice full sets on the real timers, with no pausing. For a plan by week, see how to prepare for Casper.
We build Confetto. Casper Prep by Confetto runs full timed tests from 1,181 original scenarios, 165 with video scenes, and scores every answer 1 to 9 with a stronger rewrite. It starts with a 7-day free trial, then $79/week or $99/month, cancel anytime. See how Casper Prep works.
