What does BeMo include?
Per its interview prep page, BeMo runs mock interviews in MMI, panel, traditional, MPI, video and virtual formats, and an expert reviews every answer. Gold includes 3 mocks. Platinum and Titanium list unlimited mocks for the current interview season, plus its InterviewProf tool. BeMo also builds custom programs with a set number of mocks.
The money back guarantee
BeMo's guarantee page lists conditions for each program. For programs with interviews, one is to finish the interview prep video course and attend your first interview prep session at least 4 weeks before your first interview. If you meet them and are not accepted to any medical school, you have 5 days from the admissions notices from all schools to claim a refund of your initial purchase, or you can repeat the program once free. BeMo's rule on AI tools
The same page says all BeMo guarantees are "null and void" if a student used AI for any reason without BeMo's prior approval, unless the AI tools are made by BeMo. If you plan to combine BeMo with an AI practice tool, ask BeMo first.
Satisfaction guarantee and refund policy
BeMo's FAQ says you can get a full refund if you tell your consultant at the end of your first session that you are not satisfied. Otherwise refunds need a request within 5 days of purchase, before the services are used, and administration fees are 30% of the purchase price. BeMo FAQ
